There is a difference between seeing and perceiving. Seeing is observing, without judgement or agenda. Perception is what you feel about something and this would be based on personal experiences, previous observations and where you are in life.
Just my tuppence worth.

See now ... that's exactly what my poor scattered brain was trying to put together (you'll forgive me, these recent days have been unusually super busy me for that I really haven't had the chance to sit down and properly relax my mind!)
