      Default Nature of Things.

God is simple. People complicate. This is definately a fact.

      This is true.

It reminds me of Byron Katie's saying: "Life is usually so much simpler - and kinder - than the stories we make about it."

It is the nature of the mind to create abstractions, conceptualisations....but the reality is: what is, IS.

Perhaps we are too afraid to admit to ourselves that 'God' actually resides within us rather than outside of us.

      Yeah!

"I am That. You are That. All this is That. And That alone is."

That sums it up for me. It's hard to refute.

From my limited understanding, quantum physicists speak of the quantum field as this vast interconnected ocean in which we are just ripples or oscillations, thinking we are separate happenings, but in fact at one with the vastness of the field. I guess you could call that 'God' if you were so inclined (I'm not, but hey! ). But you'd then have to realise that there's nothing 'God' is not.

God is everywhere, not just in little pockets of human understanding (or misunderstanding!) we called religion.
