If, you won 200 million bucks...?

Let's say, you just won 200 million bucks (after taxes), what would you do with all that cash!?

....hum? I just thought of this and thought it would be interesting to know what you guys would do if you did win some serious cash...

Well, I am still thinking what I would do....so, I'll get back to you on this!

That much money would scare me to death, I wouldn't know were to start

I would make as many people happy as I possibly could starting with my family.

I would do everything on my 10 things to do before you die! list and a few more

I would donate so much to help orphaned children, a subject close to my heart

I would buy a big yacht and I would take all 20 members of this board on a Mediterranean cruise with their families were we could all listen to enigma and watch the sun go down

Suppose I'd make sure loved ones are looked after, hand over some for Cancer research (what my mom died off when I was young) and then I suppose I'd live it up a little.

Peter, I completely agree with you...I would definately give a large amount to cancer research...because I lost Dad to it....I participate in a Lymphoma (that's what took my Dad's life)...5K Walk/Run...to help raise money for cancer research....

Hmmm, I am still thinking...about that 200 million...maybe after working hard in the studio tomorrow I'll have better idea....

Hmm I think it would scare the bejaysus outta me too. But yes, I would take care of as many friends and family as I could, donate most of whats left to charity after I have travelled a bit and built my sanctuary in the country

i owuld open many different care homes ..not only ones ofr the Elders ..but for the young who need specialised care ..the physicaly and mind challenged ..but hey wouldnt be "generic" they would cater to individual needs and interests ..they would have all the modern perks with more ..learning circles ..healing ..music creation rooms ..cooking classes with international chefs ..i would have interesting speakers to come ..i would create in some a farm atmosphere where animals in need would have a home too ..and ones with built in childcare centers so the elders etc could be part of the childrens lives like adopt a grandparent to bring back the old times when elders were our wise consult and they would be replaced back at the top of society ..i would also have a spiritual home for elders etc for those who are spiritually minded so this aspect is nurtured until one passes over (thats what i would want) so when my time comes i am guided and ready.. hmm maybe yeah ..and on a totally material fantasy way ive always wanted a bath made out of amethyst (hmm) ..

Oh yes Rana I know where you are coming from with the 'spiritual homes'. I work with vunerable kids in my neighbourhood and I have a suspicion a number of them would be indigo/crystals and would benefit from help in that line and their development!

Okay, I think I have had enough thought on this subject...

1. I would give some $ to my Mom and Sister so they could be set for life!
2. Give some to my best friend and friends here on the net...
3. Buy lots of local land and turn it into parks and sancturaries for animals.
4. Buy a several acres of land dream house.
5. Build my dream house with a killer studio and killer sound system.
6. Create a gallery.
7. Create a fellowship (that continues to grow) for artists all ages.
8. Give some to Cancer Research.
9. Invest some so that it can continue to grow so, that it can be applied to better and greater use...
10. And live it up by do everything on my '10 things' including the added '10 things'

Hmmm, I think that's about it...maybe I'll add more at a later date!

Oh man, I would do so much good with that amount of money. A lot of it would be donated to charities and organizations, but I would also start up a worldwide outreach center. As a child growing up, I spent a lot of time in and out of different foster homes, and ultimately ended up taking care of myself, so building outreach centers for kids and teens would definitely be my top priority. Medical research would get another donation. Then when all is said and done, retire on one million dollars of it.
