A went to yoga tonight and it's all over.
Sometimes people read things on a different way then i meant it, when i write them and then you have a conflict.
And thats a shame.

I don't like conflicts of something like it.
But it happens, I know.

Yoga helps me to let it go. To let everything go whats in my body of mind.

I feel like I was running with a group of people that was part of a greater crowd that was running like mad from something - and then all of the sudden I became seperated from my group and now I feel lost and confused ...

I'll just keep busy in the studio and hope for the best!

Emotional, because the wive from an acquaintance of my husband phoned him to thank him for the help and to phone 112 when he had a brain hemorrhage in a competition of game fishing.

The man in question had almost no damaged and may soon home from hospital.

Is live not beautiful? Now we know why we living!!

That makes one think about life for sure. Nice to see that your husband got a phone call and that the woman thanked him for his help.

I'm glad to hear that the man in question is doing better now.
