This is spot-on true. Sometimes I doubt it when I am stumbling in the dark, but usually I simply have to try harder. Eventually, I find the light.

This is a message that I do not give myself often enough, so thank you for the reminder.
something I read today that pretty much sums it up for me:
Just loving each other isn't enough, for the world insn't made of good intentions and that is why we must fight for what we believe. We have the power of making the most ethical choices, but we do make mistakes eventually and that's what makes us human. This duality between good and evil doesn't exist, every person has a little bit of each, so that we must trust each other to follow a certain path. Our problem is human, not divine.
Today I would love for everyone to find forgiveness in their hearts for themselves, and others whom one feels harmed them in some way. It is time for the world and each individual to heal their past hurts and move in to a positive loving future. Let us all start now and it does begin with the self!

Couldn't agree with you more! How can we help anyone if we can't help ourselves? Forgiving ourselves....thats a big one for most people I think.
I have a friend that said if you want to try to let things go, decorate a box, then write on a piece of paper what you want to let go of and put in the box... Let your higher power take care of it.
