You are so totally true with this statement. We never rid ourselves of our demons. They are always lurking around every corner, it is up to us to not allow them to cause us continuous problems. It has taken alot of growth from the child that I am to begin to understand that thought. You can reflect on the demons in your life and then decide how you will defeat them. It is a daily struggle for myself. I have grown so much.. Thanks to a very well known friend whom I miss GREATLY. But I will never ever forget the wisdom that he instilled in me... sometimes by just being in the same room... I love and miss you greatly... if you only knew what you have taught me. Anger is part of the emotional ladder... It is the step above disempowerment and bellow hope... Without it, the depressed and disempowered will remain in these sad states! Give them a break and allow them to use anger to find hope...
Fear ... It's only awful when you don't understand yourself... Know yourself and fear becomes a friend that let's you know not to go into that dark alley, in the middle of the night, wearing those 6-inch heels and drunk...
