Thanks guys. I felt it very strongly and still do. It's so easy to slip into shock mode and get so upset with all the terrible images on the news. I feel we can better help by remaining balanced and 'holding the energy'. I've become so aware of our interconnectedness and the importance of keeping that balance. I'm glad I can express that here and know that you guys probably know what I mean. Love to you all

My message for myself and anyone else to whom it will mean anything:
Don't get too caught on the surface-level of life...there be a lot of suffering there and it's sticky and hard to extricate yourself. Always go deeper, GO DEEPER...find the cause behind the effect, the reality beyond the illusion, trace it all back to its source. And stay rooted there. This I believe is the key to peace amid the storm and sanity amid the insanity

Like it or not your going to get it.
The energy you put out is coming back, with more force than you can imagine.

Good humor is a tonic for mind and body. It is the best antidote for anxiety and depression. It is a business asset. It attracts and keep friends. It lightens human burdens. It is the direct route to serenity and contentment.
Near my front door I keep a dry erase board, on which I write reminders to myself. On it I last wrote, 'All that Is, is with Real Purpose. Live, Love, Learn, & Grow.'
Just a simple reminder I believe we might all bennifit from.
