Adham Shaikh and Tim Floyd - Resolution
Sadly, this piece cannot be found on youtube.
Though extremely peaceful, it has an eery and yet familiar calling,
like that of a sacred realm in a deep sleep
waiting to be awakened by the right hand.

Cocteau Twins - "Lullabies to Violane, Vol 1" CD, a collection of all their EPs. Really addicted to this. Although always skip the first 6 or so tracks, as CT's earlier work was too 'post-punk' sounding for me. They flourished around the time of The Spangle Maker and Pearly Dewdrops Drops. Liz Fraser is an awesome awesome talent.

Nice piece Inutero. Reminded me a bit of some of George Winston's works.

"Seems that I have been held in some dreaming state, a tourist in the waking world, never quite awake"
A very cool and creative video!
How did I get to here?
A random chain of events
Or chemical and elements
Conspiring, divining
From the star I've been pulled apart
By weightless love
And the heavy hearts
Of sadness
Oh, I was born blown minded
With an eye on oblivion
oh, I was born blown minded
With an eye on oblivion
In my heart I have lived without aught
It's been the war of attrition
Between a small-minded fool
And sublime intuition
I believe there's a meteor out there
With my name on it
Hurtling through space
And nothing can stop it
Oh, I was born blown minded
With an eye on oblivion
Oh, I was born blown minded
With an eye on oblivion

"Closer to the Edge"
30 Seconds To Mars
I don't remember one moment I tried to forget
I lost myself yet I'm better not sad
Now I'm closer to the edge
It was a a thousand to one and a million to two
Time to go down in flames and I'm taking you
Closer to the edge
No I'm not saying I'm sorry
One day, maybe we'll meet again
No I'm not saying I'm sorry
One day, maybe we'll meet again
No, no, no, no
Can you imagine a time when the truth ran free
A birth of a song, a death of a dream
Closer to the edge
This never ending story, hate 4 wheel driving fate
We all fall short of glory, lost in ourself
No I'm not saying I'm sorry
One day, maybe we'll meet again
No I'm not saying I'm sorry
One day, maybe we'll meet again
No, no, no, no
No, no, no, no
I will never forget
No, no
I will never regret
No, no
I will live my life
No, no, no, no
I will never forget
No, no
I will never regret
No, no
I will live my life
