Stunned ...
I found out this morning when I was placing an order with our local oil delivery company, that the woman I normally deal with on the phone, passed away this past Monday .... Betty certainly was the shine in the Sunshine Oil Company .... she was always a pleasure to talk to and she will be greatly missed.
That is 3 people this year I that I once knew .... are now gone!!
I reminded of Enigma's lyric ... "Dying is teaching us how to Live"

I am feeling a bit sad.
Narnia, it dose hurt when we lose someone. Alex and I have buried 11 people in the 2 1/2 years. The worst was our friends who were around our age. I have read from different Spiritual sites that many people will leave during this time of transition. I believe the best we can do to respect their memory/life is to live an honorable life. I am so sorry for your loss, no words really help but know I send you hugs and love!

I am still stunned, but with differnet news this time ...
A dear, very dear friend of mine was in a crather bad ar accident the other day, she (Allsion) is okay, unhurt (mainly) nothing is broken or out of place, but she is rather shaken and understandably so.
Death and brushes with death have been very close to my sphere of Life recently ... so, you'll have to forgive me if I seem distant and disjointed recently ...
Just taking it all in as in comes, reflecting, focusing, decompressing and remembering just how precious Life really is!!

It is almost 7am here and Alex just woke me up. I fell asleep on the sofa last night. It was one of the best nights sleep I have had in a long while. So feeling a lot better! Today is a good day!.gif "Good")
