I'm not familiar with John Foxx outside of his collaboration with Harold Budd (the appropriately titled Translunce + Drift Music - beautiful album) but Harold Budd's beautiful brand of minimalist ambient utterly melts me! My favourites are "Plateaux of Mirror" and "The Pearl" which he did with Brian Eno and also "The Room". They're very much in the style of this, you'd love em
