I love the Ultimae record label, great artists like Carbon Based Lifeforms, Solar Fields and Aes Dana. I discovered the album 'Hanging Masses' by Cell and I love it. Delicate, icy, expansive, spacy, very unhurried and subtle. Wonderful headphone listening. It's helped me feel better the past few days. This is the most uptempo track and even its pretty chilled.
Madonna's CD, "Ray Of Light". Good stuff.

This always reduces me to mush....
Ray of Light is perhaps my favourite pop album of all time. Pop rarely has such beauty. The Japanese version of the album had an extra song called Has To Be - which is just perfection...I really wish they'd included it in the international release. If you haven't heard it, it's worth listening to. Subtle, slow but so beautiful. It makes me want to cry. Enjoy
Lyrics:
Breathe in, breathe out
I say a little prayer
How the gods above
Could be so unfair
Chorus:
I know there's someone out there
Waiting for me
There must be someone out there
There just has to be
Go on, go on
Don't sit there like a fool
You've graduated from
A different kind of school
(chorus, repeat)
I should be glad that I'm alive
It could have been much worse
I might have never loved at all
And never known what I am worth
How the gods above
Could be so unfair
(chorus, repeat)
Wow I love the reggae beat with this Sean...very cool I have to say though...being the soppy lump I am, I prefer the Kenny Rogers one even though I am so embarrassed to admit it...yes, I like a country and western singer (but only just one song mind!!!) lollol
Oh the shame.......
No worries Lorri we all secretly like a wee bit of Country lol
me Im partial to a bit of Glen Cambell
... Being a native of Western Pa ... I sure do have a soft spot for a bit country myself ...
... Clint Black - No Time to Kill ... being my all time fav! ....
