Excellent, it's always important to UNPLUG every so often and withdraw attention from without to within. Have fun! And if I might share the most valuable meditation advice I was ever given (and which I wish I'd been given much sooner!): don't seek or chase after particular experiences or states, just find the stillness, aliveness and enlightenment that is already there at the core of your being. Enjoy! :)
