Me too, I tend to be very innately nonviolent. Where this made me think however was the many ways in which we might perpetrate violence with our words and thoughts. Being needlessly aggressive or antagonistic, engaging in pointless arguments, bitching about people....its made me much more aware of the need to be vigilant in my thoughts and words! Sometimes its so easy to slip. But I took the vow :)
