If the Christmas fairy came and said you could have just one wish but it could not be used on yourself, although it could be used for anything else in the Universe, what would your wish be used for??

Surprisingly - yes, this is a hard question ... especially when one is offered the opportunity of one wish that has the power to change and maximize the benefits for all - one must not be hasty when taking all into account!

I think my wish would be based around - good health for everyone.

I would want everyone to live in harmony with themselves. Those in harmony with themselves (and I mean their true, deepest nature and not surface level ego stuff) tend to live in harmony with others. Inner peace is necessary for outer peace.

A dedication I usually use before meditation is:

May all beings enjoy happiness and the causes of happiness
May all be free of sorrow and the causes of sorrow
May all never be separated from the sacred happiness devoid of sorrow
And may all live in equanimity and live believing in the equality of all that lives.

That is and would be my wish.

I don't ask for much, do I? ;)

Well I did say the fairy could grant anything in the Universe as long as it wasn't for you personally ;) I llike your wish :)

I've considered this since first seeing the thread appear.
And honestly I can state that I would make no wish.

I absolutely understand what you mean when you say that my dear friend. I nearly answered the same myself ;)

Great answer...

In gods given universe ....
The place that you are in is already perfect ...
It is us to open our eyes and see it ....

Changing the way we think = changing the way we see it

Much love and respect..

That everyone in the whole world felt love and peace in the same moment, together! That would be amazing!
