The only time I thought I'd miss meat would be my first Christmas has having 'turkey and all the trimmings' is just so traditional and I enjoyed it so much. To my amazement, i didn't miss it in the slightest! I have homemade nut loaf instead and it tastes so much better...I didn't know what I was missing :)

I agree with you Michael, I feel very bad for the turkeys. Apparently they are highly intelligent and very loving animals.

I will see if I can look out that nut roast recipe in time for Christmas :)

Oh, and HAPPY THANKSGIVING to you and all my American friends :drink::Boy_yes3::two hearts:
