Whew! It didn't happen!!!! Everyone breathes a sigh of relief!

Seriously, though...
WHAT was the WORLD to LEARN, as a GROUP...
... as individuals realizing themselves as part of something so much larger than themselves, as groups learning to appreciate the individual, every individual, even if momentarily in time?
HumanKIND? Compassion? Unity?
It would take a cosmic concern really hitting home before the world of "people" would move to the next step. Did the truth have to ACTUALLY HIT HOME AKA PLANET EARTH to be heard, to be listened to?
Just the concern itself could help change the world. Would a higher power recognize that just the genuine threat alone would do?
But would humans defeat themselves in the process?
What do you think?
Do humans really want change, and what would life be like if there was change, on such a global level? What would people do with themselves every day if they weren't out there creating chaos and havoc?
Without the hurting, where would the helping go?
Without the bad, where would be the good?
Would everyone become bored, too "ordered" toward stasis, starved for chaos?
How would there be growth without the need for learning?
How long before complacency reconciles itself, settling in to manifest its next 26,000 year cycle of neverending destruction?
