"does any one know how to naturally boost my metabolism .. mine seemed to slow down for various reasons and its not returned to the way it was .."

Here are some ideas to raise the metabolism:

~ Eat little and often.
~ Eating protein-rich foods like low-fat dairy products, lean meat and skinless chicken is found to increase metabolism. Include fish, dark green vegetables and foods high in fiber to your meals. There is evidence to show that foods rich in protein increase the burning of calories by about 25%.
~ Drink at least 2 litres of water every day
~ Eat foods that contain antioxidants for speeding up your metabolism i.e. green tea will raise metabolism better than coffee due to its high antioxidant content.
~ Increase the heart rate by doing aerobic exercises.

thankyou so much for this Lorri ..im needing the physical boost of metabolism ..ive stopped coffee and tea for now and are on the "green tea" .. ill get back to you on everything else im going to do ..
