For me, I always see the New Year as a fresh start...as a clean slate to try and do what I need to do this time around.

I'm so exited about this year to come... every new year is a new oportunity... personally this 2009 I will not have a list of resolutions... because I never do them and wind up dissapointed of myself at year's end... what will be, then it'll be... to take life as it comes along with possitive, optimistic mind that everything will turn out right in the end if I put some heart on it, and to give 100% effort... even if it doesn't turn the way I want to... everything happens for a reason *that's my moto this 2009* :)

I wish to all MW members a happy new year... full of good thoughts... and hope to share more of ourselfs and make MW more home than it is now :Hbounce.

Well, hope you all have a better 2009 than 2008. Personally, eventhough my retirement savings is basically no longer existant, I am loving this recession-- low interest rates for my mortgage and student loans, and other debt. w00t w00t! Plus cheap gas again. Can't beat that! DEFLATION RULES!!!


Oh, and to my Yankees friends up North who don't know any better:
If you didn't eat your New Year's Day meal of collard greens and black eyed peas (for money and luck, respectively)as one is supposed to do, be advised that I just consumed enough of both for any of you who don't know about the Southern Tradition. I will be having some MAJOR gas in the morrow! Whew!! But that's OK-- bean farts don't stink. They just sometimes smell uncomfortable.
