I can certainly highly recommend the qigong approach. I am doing stillness movement qigong practise, which is actually a form of neigong. Very powerful in building the energy, gently clearing blocks and energising the body. I'll report back on it when I get some time

hello and thankyou so much for your beautiful meditation. and yes calming the mind goes a long way. have you tried becoming a distant healer during your healing sessions (meditation)
