What was the worst movie you've seen in a while?
For me its "The Mist". My god, there are deeper plots and better acting in porn movies.

....hmmm....well, I think you guys may know by now, but I see a lot of movies/films and try to make it a habit of seeing good films, but it does happen from time to time that not all the films are good, there are duds and sometimes just down right bad films.

I can pretty much, watch almost anything and in recent years I have gained a high tolerance and great patience for the medium of with film....

Anyway, last night we watched Tokyo Drifter, by a celebrated Japanese indie filmmaker/director of the 1960's.....I wouldn't say all together it was a bad film, but it certainly was on the cheezy side....especially when the actors break-out into singing...plus, not to mention the plot was a little difficult to follow....so, it was for me, a little different and somewhat interesting, but it did not reach the level of recommendation.

Oh man, I think you just messed it up for me....now, I won't expect much from that movie...and I was looking forward to watching it!...darn...

LOL, anyway, I have not seen any bad movies lately..because, If I cannot get into the movie from the beginning....I will watch something else. I can't think of any bad movies right now. Only good movies lately...I watched "I am legend" the other night...I was like on the edge of my seat the whole night...well, I was on the edge of my bed really....lol and there are many more supposedly good movies coming to cable soon. And, was that the season finale of Dexter I saw last night? Getting married was the season finale?..I am not sure how I feel about that..but, I love the show, and can't wait for next season.:girl_yes3 (1):

See ya!:pilot:

Ohhh!! Quantum of Solace  !!! NO doubt about it... I just could stand half an hour of that torture , I wanted to get out of the movie theater since minute 10, so I decided not to waste my time and bought a ticket to see Transporter 3 (love Jason Statham BTW), or any movie on that matter would be a blast in comparison to Quantum (I did see the first one recently and even that one was more excited than this one).

Oh common, you're boring with your positivity! :7hit (1): I want vile, i want critisism, i want disgust! :pilot:

Ohhh!! Quantum of Solace
I hated Casino Royal. It bored me to sleep, so when i read that the sequal is gonna be even darker and with no gadgets - that was it for me. I think they ruined the whole james Bond franchise when they decided to make him more "human".

I did you a big favor. Believe me :D.

Saw 5, boring, predictable, vile and disgusting the same as the last Saw film I watched, who thinks this stuff up,

Whoever sits there thinking up the worst ways to kill people is a bit disturbed in my book.

I dont know why I sit through this garbage

Yes, I totally agree with you on that. Transporter 3 had it all, car chasing, Jason Statham:two hearts:, romance, drama, good action sequences, beautiful locations, Jason Statham byceps and triceps :two hearts: unlike Quantum (of boredom).

James Bond's series was about fun, modern days casanova, extraordinary *almost non believable* action scenes, they took away the escence of the character, since day 1 I hear Pierce Brosnan was no longer cast to play 007, I had a this feeling that 007 upcoming movie would suck and I wasn't wrong about that.

I tell you what I hate about the newish action films that have been made in the last few years, (including Quantum of Solace) is the way they try to move the action along by showing one shot every second.. For example there is 2 people chasing each other around a building and the camera is forever moving around like the cameraman has a camcorder and is on drugs, It moves too so fast that you dont have time to adjust before they show the next shot, then the next, as if trying to emphasize that its a fast moving film. your eyes are constantly trying to make sense of what is going on. By the end of the scene you never knew how close he was to catching him/getting shot or getting away anyway :(

maybe its just my eyesight (I am getting old ;) )
